Your service is still biting me 2 years later– I took my Suburban in to your Eatonville shop for the engine stalling when hot so I wouldn’t have to take time off work to fix it myself. The one specific thing I asked the tech to do was check the fuel pressure on the injection rail. He didn’t do it. Your shop changed my plugs, the plug wires, and theoretically the fuel filter, charged me almost $1,000 and declared the vehicle fixed. 40 miles later my engine dies. I call a friend to pick up my equipment trailer and leave the truck for the night. Next day it starts, I drive it home. 2 hours later it I have it diagnosed and repaired, bad oxygen sensors–apparently the tech overlooked the OBD codes. This past weekend I went to change my fuel filter and a 15-minute job took 7 hours–your tech smashed the tangs in the downstream side of the QD fitting on the fuel line, so I doubt my filter was actually changed; I had to remove the fuel line with the filter. Don’t expect a recommendation from me to anyone in town, if I don’t have time to work my own truck it goes to Motorworx next time. I doubt I could have a worse experience there.
